Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use TrustQR, the AI Chatbot, or any other Pwscoding Club tool. Section 6 covers how review collection works and what you are responsible for — please read it in full.
Effective from
1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms are a binding agreement between you (the “Business” or “you”) and Pwscoding, a sole proprietorship operated by Shadabalam Jamal Ahmed Khan, having its place of business at 104, Saeed Manzil, Dongre Compound, Kausa, Mumbra, Thane, Maharashtra — 400612, India (“Pwscoding”, “we”, “us”).
Pwscoding is an unregistered sole proprietorship. There is no separate corporate entity — the proprietor named above is the contracting party.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the Services, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
2. Definitions
- Services
- TrustQR, the AI Chatbot, and any other tool we make available under the Pwscoding Club brand, including the dashboards, APIs, QR codes and pages they generate.
- Business / you
- The person or organisation that holds the account. You must be the owner of, or authorised to act for, the business listing you connect.
- End Customer
- A member of the public who scans your QR code, opens your review page, or chats with your bot. They are your customer, not ours.
- Review Page
- The page we host at
reviews.pwscoding.co.in/r/…that your QR code points to.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must give accurate business details. Registering a business you do not own or represent is a breach of these Terms and we will close the account.
- You are responsible for everything done under your login, including by your staff. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.
- One account covers one business location unless your plan says otherwise.
4. What the Services do
TrustQR gives you a QR code and a hosted Review Page. When an End Customer scans it, the page asks how their visit went. Based on their answer it either helps them write a review to post on Google, or collects private written feedback that comes only to you. It also shows you your Google rating and review count over time, drafts replies to reviews, and reports on how the page is being used.
AI Chatbot builds an assistant from your website and uploaded documents, which you embed on your site to answer visitor questions and capture leads.
We improve and change the Services over time. We will not remove a feature that is material to a plan you have already paid for without offering you a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
5. Review collection — how it works and what you accept
This section is the most important one in this agreement. It describes exactly what TrustQR does when a customer scans your code, and the risk you take on by using it. We would rather you understood this before buying than after.
5.1 What the Review Page actually does
- It asks the customer how their visit went and takes them down one of two paths depending on the answer. A positive answer leads to a screen that helps them write a Google review. A negative answer leads to a private feedback form that is sent only to you and never mentions Google.
- It shows AI-written suggested review text as starting points. When you register, we generate a set of sample reviews for your business using an AI model, based on your business name and category. The customer is shown a few of these, can shuffle for others, can edit any of them freely, and can ignore them and write their own.
- It does not post anything to Google. We copy the customer’s text to their clipboard and open Google. The customer signs in as themselves and posts it, or does not. We have no ability to publish a review, and we never write reviews under our own or your account.
- It does not delete or hide anything. A customer who chooses the private path can still go to Google on their own and post whatever they like. Nothing on the page prevents that.
5.2 The risk you are accepting
Read this before you buy
Google’s Business Profile policies restrict how businesses may solicit reviews. Among other things, Google prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews or discouraging negative ones (sometimes called review gating), and requires reviews to reflect a genuine experience of the reviewer.
Routing customers by sentiment, and offering pre-written review text, may be treated by Google as inconsistent with those policies. The possible consequences fall on your Google listing, not ours: Google may remove reviews, stop displaying your rating, or suspend your Business Profile.
We cannot predict how Google will treat any particular listing, and we do not control Google’s enforcement.
By accepting these Terms and using the Review Page, you confirm that you have read the above, that you understand the risk to your Google listing, and that you accept it. You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your compliance with Google’s Business Profile policies, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and its rules on misleading advertisements and unfair trade practices, and any other law or platform rule that applies to how you gather reviews.
- You will review the suggested review text we generate for your business, and remove anything inaccurate about what you actually offer. We generate it from your business name and category; we do not verify it against reality. You can view and edit the full set from your dashboard at any time.
- We give no warranty that using the Services is compliant with Google’s policies, and no warranty of any particular number of reviews, rating, ranking, or business outcome.
- We are not liable for the removal of reviews, loss of rating, suspension or removal of your Google Business Profile, or any loss of business that follows. This is the specific risk you are accepting in exchange for the convenience the Services provide.
If you would prefer not to accept this risk, tell us at pwscoding@gmail.com and we will help you use the Review Page purely as a private feedback channel, or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. What you must not do
You agree not to, and not to let anyone acting for you:
- Write, or ask staff, friends or family to write, reviews for your own business, or post a review as someone who was not actually a customer.
- Offer money, discounts, free items, entries into a draw, or any other incentive in exchange for a review. This is prohibited by Google and is treated as an unfair trade practice in India.
- Use the Services for a business you do not own or represent, or point a QR code at a competitor’s listing.
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Resell, sublicense, white-label or redistribute the Services without our written agreement. (Our partner programme is the supported way to earn from referrals.)
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to break the Services, or bypass any rate limit or access control.
- Upload malware, or upload documents or images to which you do not hold the necessary rights.
7. Your customers’ data
When an End Customer sends private feedback, they may give their name, phone number, email address and photographs. We collect that on your behalf and make it available in your dashboard. In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Fiduciary for that feedback and we are a Data Processor acting on your instructions.
That means you are responsible for:
- Using the feedback and contact details only to resolve the customer’s complaint and improve your service — not for marketing, unless that customer separately agreed to it.
- Answering any request from a customer to access, correct or erase their feedback. Ask us and we will action it for you.
- Keeping your dashboard login secure, since that is what protects those records.
Our own handling of this data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI-generated content
Parts of the Services generate text using third-party AI models (currently OpenAI and Anthropic): suggested reviews, draft replies to reviews, and chatbot answers. AI output can be wrong, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking anything you publish or send under your business’s name.
You may supply your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in settings, in which case generation runs on your key and your account with that provider, subject to their terms and their charges. We store that key encrypted and use it only to generate content for you.
9. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown on our pricing page in Indian Rupees and are the final amount payable. GST is not applicable — the supplier is not registered under GST.
- TrustQR plans are one-time purchases. Nothing auto-renews and nothing is auto-debited. When a period ends, access stops and you choose whether to buy another one. We do not hold a payment mandate against your card or bank account.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
- A payment receipt is available in your dashboard immediately after payment.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
9.1 Free trial
New TrustQR accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access to the software, starting the first time you open the dashboard. No card is required and it does not convert into a paid plan on its own — when it ends, access simply stops until you buy a plan. The physical QR stand is not included in the trial; you can print your own sticker from the dashboard.
9.2 Physical QR stand
Paid TrustQR plans include a Premium QR Stand shipped to you. Delivery timelines and conditions are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy, and its effect on refunds is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Partner programme
If you refer businesses to us under our partner programme, the Partner Programme Terms apply in addition to these Terms, and govern commissions, payouts and conduct. Where the two conflict on a partner matter, the Partner Programme Terms prevail.
11. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design and branding, remain ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your plan is active.
Your content — your business details, logo, uploaded documents, and the feedback your customers send you — remains yours. You give us the limited permission we need to host and process it in order to run the Services for you, and to send it to the third parties listed in the Privacy Policy for that purpose. Nothing here lets us sell your data or use your customers’ feedback for our own marketing.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Services running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may take them down for maintenance, and parts of them depend on Google, Razorpay, our AI providers and our hosting — an outage at any of those can affect us. We do not give a service-level credit; if a prolonged outage means you did not get what you paid for, contact us and we will deal with it fairly under the Refund Policy.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to delete your account. Since nothing auto-renews, there is no subscription to cancel.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms — in particular section 6 — or if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on. Where the breach is capable of being fixed and no one is being harmed, we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first. If we terminate an account without any breach by you, we will refund the unused portion of your period.
On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your feedback and analytics before you ask for deletion — we cannot recover it afterwards.
14. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will meet your requirements, that they will be error-free, or that they will produce any particular commercial result — including any number of reviews, any rating, any search ranking, or any volume of leads.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of business — including, for the avoidance of doubt, anything arising from action taken by Google against your Business Profile, as described in section 5.2.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you upload, from your handling of your customers’ data, or from a third party’s claim that your use of the Services was unlawful or breached that third party’s rules.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will email the address on your account at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may stop using the Services and ask for a refund of the unused portion of your period if you do not accept it. Other changes take effect when published, with the effective date at the top of this page.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 permits.
Please write to us first. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about what was bought, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
